New Rice Card Printing Process

: ) We will see the rice card printing process. Click on Read more to get into details


Step: 1 ) Login into --> https://epdsap.ap.gov.in/ and click on VRO Login in menu

Step: 2) Login Page with Username and Password will be opened and user name starts with vro_ (for more details contact your VRO ). Click on Login and you will be successfully logged in.

Step: 3 ) You will option like Home, Card Printing, Reports etc., 

Step: 4 ) Click on Card Printing then a drop-down box will open with other four options(more may be added) select first option Single card Print and it shows two filed box with drop-down at first filed select Secretariat Name and then card type and click on submit .

Step: 5 ) Then you will see Rice Cards Number in red and black color, Application ID, Member name, Units and Gender and final Print option. Select which rice card you wanted to print and keep in mind that the rice card which showing red color is already printed out and no need to give out for double times (if some situation we can give those who not received them). After a selecting a card click on print button and rice card for that particular person will open

Step: 6 ) Now click Control + P on keyboard and then printer setting will open.

Step: 7 ) Now on Destination Select option Save As PDF and  select Margins as None & check whether anythings cuts off in the PDF if all good, save it on your computer

Tip: The Empty rice card
